R&D AND QC

Our Lab is equipped with state of art testing machines which allow us to develop custom compounds, provide superior color matching and ensure superior consistency. We are equipped with Color spectrophotometer, Nissei Injection Molding for Specimen preparation, Izod and Charpy Impact testing machine, MFI tester, Tensile Testing Machine, Durometers, Specific Gravity calculator, Muffle furnace etc. Dedicated development teams and software backed QC systems ensure speedy developments and consistent products

Our customizable product portfolio, and solution oriented approach has allowed us to cater various industries. Our Customers belong to industries like Automotive, Consumer appliances, Irrigation and agricultural components, Consumer goods, Tubing, Extruded films, LED lighting, Castor wheels, medical appliances, wires and cables etc.

Needless to say that we have a backup from technically seasoned & experienced technocrats.

Most of the master batches are designed for 2 percent let down ratio, however on customer's demands the let down ratios can be manipulated. We are well versed with the European standards viz. REACH, RoHS etc. and can make the materials accordingly. On certification front we can give self certification along with the material. The cost of 3rd party certification will be absorbed by the quantity of material being produced.

MASTERBATCHES

We have installed 3 Automatic Palletizing Lines in addition to a laboratory model for developing & manufacturing high performance masterbatches for both the commodity & engineering polymers (TPU, ABS, PC, NYLON ETC.). Here we develop the customized master batches with M.O.Q. of affordable 25 kg per masterbatch. There is a separate line for Black masterbatches.

COLOR MASTERBATCHES

Magnum masterbatches produces more than 250 standard color shades including universal masterbatches which are used specially for engineering thermoplastics, General purpose masterbatches, fluorescent color masterbatches, metallic color masterbatches and custom-made shades as per customer's requirement.

BLACK MASTERBATCHES

Magnum black masterbatches are made with finer particle size of carbon black pigment and state-of-the-art machinery which gives excellent carbon black dispersion and highest justness value.
